This release includes the new battery applet for the Orbitiny Panel, fixes an annoying and hard to replicate bug with the X11 Task List which causes a task button for the panel to appear (and won’t go away) and fixes some inconsistencies with themes especially with button-based applets (sizes, alignments, colouring etc).
1.0 Pilot 9GB – Release Notes:
- New: Added a Battery Monitor applet – it displays the battery percentage remaining along with whether the AC adapter is plugged in or not + it has battery properties.
- BugFix: Fixed an issue with the X11 Task List applet for the Orbitiny panel – sometimes, in extremely rare occasions, the applet would display a task button for the panel itself and you can’t get rid of it. This is now fixed.
- Enhancement: Fixed some theme inconsistencies with alignments and colouring affecting the time applet, audio applet, battery applet, systray applet and the desktop switcher applet.
- Enhancement: Tweaked the Orbitiny Panel business theme.
